Reservation Overview
Cancellation Policy
Pay in full at the time of booking. Cancel up to 10 days before arrival for a refund, minus a 3% processing fee. Cancellations under 10 days before arrival will receive a full credit for future use OR a 50% refund.
Stay Details
The Roost is accessible by snowmobile or ski touring only.
Guests must haul out their trash to the dumpster when leaving.
Please note: Accommodations only, no guiding services are provided. Guests are welcome to connect with others and explore the backcountry independently.
Shared Accommodation Notice
- Entire Home Bookings: Even if you book the entire home, a winter property manager will be living on-site in the mudroom.
- Room or Multiple Room Bookings: If you book one or more rooms, other guests may also be staying in the home during your visit.
- Shared Spaces: The living room, kitchen, and mudroom are shared areas for all guests. Depending on the room selected, you may also share a bathroom with other guests unless you reserve a suite with a private bathroom.
- Guests are required to clean up after themselves in the kitchen and bathroom. Please wash dishes, wipe surfaces, and leave shared spaces tidy for the next person.
We want to ensure guests are aware of this arrangement before booking so expectations are clear and everyone enjoys their stay.
